KLM Ask Atlas

ACE Ai Studio, Born05 en Label A hebben een nieuwe AI-gedreven bestemmingsaanbeveler voor KLM gelanceerd, genaamd 'Ask Atlas'. Het platform is ontwikkeld door Label A in samenwerking met ACE Ai Studio en Born05. Zowel Label A als Born05 hebben eerder met KLM gewerkt, zij het aan verschillende producten. Ask Atlas gebruikt AI om gepersonaliseerde inspiratie te bieden aan KLM-reizigers. Het nieuwe platform van KLM Royal Dutch Airlines zal in fases live gaan in 40 landen en 12 talen.

KLM Ask Atlas

Ask Atlas intuitively provides travelers with tailored travel inspiration. With over 60,000 Ai-generated travel tips, Ask Atlas is your co-pilot in discovering the next destination. Ask Atlas is the first of its kind. Fabiënne Aertse, Campaign Marketing Manager at KLM, says: "KLM is known for its high-quality and immersive travel content. With the help of generative Ai, the personalization of it really takes off. While the digital magazine iFly has given our travelers reasons to travel for years, Ask Atlas is truly about 'your' reasons to travel. It marks the beginning of very personalized content, giving something for everyone to discover."

Based on the extensive data sets gathered by Born05 over the years, Label A developed the entire engine behind Ask Atlas. This serves as the "brains" of the operation, allowing users to receive truly inspiring and relevant suggestions and tips. Jorn Bostelaar, AI Tech Lead, adds: "From a technological standpoint, we pioneered just like KLM did when they first started. What we did for KLM had never been done before, but we made it work seamlessly nonetheless. We succeeded when you don’t notice the complexity behind the information that is served."

Between Label A, Born05 and KLM we have over 15 years of collaboration, including the development of Bynder’s Marketing Calendar tools and iFly Magazine. "Our goal is to enable potential travelers to make intuitive choices guided by beautiful content. The recommended destinations must feel personal and surprising, and the entire experience must be a joy to interact with," adds Timo Wilbrink, Creative Director at Born05.
